The recommended minimum serving size is 50ml daily. Dilute with still or sparkling water, freshly squeezed juice, or add to smoothies and salad dressings. It can also be enjoyed neat, added to recipes, or used as a starter culture for yoghurt, cultured vegetables and other fermented foods.
Store in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate before opening, as the liquid is self-carbonating. Open slowly to release pressure and refrigerate after opening.
Natural sediment may occur in fermented liquids. Gently tilt the bottle from side to side to mix before serving.
